GRACE YIN

Grace Yin is an educator and choreographer devoted to preserving and innovating Chinese dance on the global stage. With over two decades of professional experience across China, Singapore, and the United States, I seek to merge classical Chinese aesthetics with contemporary choreography, creating works that reflect both cultural heritage and modern emotional expression.

As the Founder and Executive Principal of Beijing Daien Dance Academy and Beijing International Vocational College (Aoer Arts School), I have developed comprehensive curricula, cultivated outstanding faculty, and guided hundreds of students into China’s leading dance conservatories. My leadership has been recognized through the Excellence in Administration and Outstanding Student Mentorship awards. My original choreographies—Resilient Willows, Rhythms of the Spring, and Flames of the Western Region—have earned Gold, Platinum, and Top Overall honors at prestigious U.S. competitions such as Showstopper and KAR.

From performing at the Opening Ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to presenting original works on international stages, I remain committed to bridging Eastern and Western cultures through the language of movement—celebrating beauty, resilience, and cultural harmony through dance.
